The IPL and the Pakistan-Australia series will clash:

IPL 2025 will begin on March 14 and conclude on May 25, according to a media source. In addition, Pakistan and Australia are scheduled to play three Twenty20 and three One-Day International matches in February and March of 2026.

This series will begin just after the 2026 T20 World Cup. A fresh update on this topic has now surfaced: players participating in the 2024 T20 World Cup will be granted a break from the Pakistan series and will be able to play in the IPL.

To commemorate 150 years of Test cricket, Australia and England will play a special Test match in Melbourne in 2027. The game is scheduled for March. According to the report, the players would be permitted to play in the IPL after receiving a break from this match.

This information coincides with a recent BCCI regulation that stipulates a two-year suspension for any international player who withdraws from the team before the season begins or is not eligible for the auction.
