The majority of Deepti Bhatnagar’s work was in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindu cinema. Her debut performance was in Ram Shastra, directed by Sanjay Gupta. The actress struggled to deliver his after a few films, but fate had other ideas. The actress was cast in Mann, starring Aamir Khan, which brought in Rs 35.45 crore at the box office.

Salman Khan gave Deepti a dance number in his film Chori Chori Chupke Chupke in March 2001. Globally, the movie brought in Rs 149 crore. After anchoring the television program Yatra, the actress rose to fame in 2002 and 2003. On the show, her jewelry and sarees gained a lot of popularity. She also met the show’s director, Randeep Arya, while hosting Star Plus’s Musafir Hoon Yaron. They had two boys and were married.
It should be mentioned that Deepti Bhatnagar worked as a model full-time prior to her career in movies. At the age of 18, she was crowned Miss India in 1990. She then relocated to Mumbai to further her acting career, and in just 11 months, she acquired her own house.
Deepti once signed a condom commercial, which led to harsh condemnation, according to many media accounts. At the time, it was the most contentious commercial. But Deepti never publicly addressed the issue, and the ad was rejected because it contained sexual material.
Regarding her private life, Deepti Bhatnagar wed Randeep Arya, the son of the late Pammi Varinder and the late Veerendra, two legendary Punjabis. Arya is also the cousin of Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Abhay Deol, and Esha Deol, and the nephew of Dharmendra and Kanwar Ajit Singh. Dharmendra becomes her father-in-law as well.
