According to his wife Anushka, Kohli has been able to handle the strain of playing all three forms because to his daily routine. The Bollywood celebrity is regarded as an inspiration to everyone in his vicinity.

“To tell the truth, Virat is extremely rigorous about his fitness and health. I believe that our industry is now experiencing this as well. He gets up early every morning to practice cricket with me and perform cardio or HIIT. He doesn’t consume any junk food or sugary beverages. Kohli is adamant about getting eight hours of sleep every night in addition to eating well and working hard.

After hitting an undefeated 100 in the first Test match against Australia in Adelaide last month, Kohli broke a 16-month drought for a Test century. It was his 30th Test in the format and his 7th Test century on Australian soil.
