According to reports, the search activities are connected to a money-laundering probe into the claims pertaining to the creation and dissemination of pornographic material via mobile applications.
The Mumbai police filed a complaint against Kundra in 2021 over the alleged porn production, which is the basis for the ED’s investigation.
For the uninitiated, Raj Kundra was granted bail by a municipal court after being earlier detained by the Mumbai Crime Branch in July 2021 under many provisions of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act.
